Do I need to make a reservation?

 Yes, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. Reservations for Spring Break, Memorial Day, Summer, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas should be booked well in advance. 

May I visit/tour your location in advance?

 Absolutely! No reservation is required, but we ask that you observe our visiting hours:

Monday through Friday- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM 

What do I need to bring with me when checking in my pet?

 Upon arrival we need to see your pet’s vaccine information, clarify your personal details and pet current records. we will also verify your personal information including emergency contact and any additional instructions needed to ensure your pets comfort. 

Can you give my dog medications?

 Yes, we administer medications at no extra charge. However, we do ask that you provide “treats” to dispense the medication, we suggest: hotdog's, or “pill-pockets”. The medication has to be in the original labeled container. 

What do I need to bring?

 Nothing is required. We provide food, water and comfy blankets. If you like, you may bring a special blanket or toys for your pet.  

What kind of food do you supply?

 We serve a lamb and rice mix per your feeding instructions.  If you want to keep your animal on the same diet, you are welcome to bring your own food. Please have it labeled.

What vaccinations are required?

 We require current vaccination records: For DOGS, DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo), Rabies and Bordetella (protection for kennel-cough). For CATS, FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) and Rabies. 

Can my dogs stay in the same run?

 Absolutely! Dogs from the same household may stay together. The second dog is $3.00 less, when two dogs board together.  

What is the youngest age for boarding?

 Your pet must be 4 months old and have all required vaccinations 

Can I have someone else pick up my pet?

 Yes, you may have someone pick up your pet as long as we are notified in advance and
pre-payment has been made. Please note our hours of operation.  

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept cash, checks, made payable to Debra Terry.
Full settlement of our invoice must be made prior to the departure of your pet. 

Do you have a veterinarian on the premises?

 No, should your pet not feel well, we will first contact you and/or your nominated veterinarian for instruction. However if no communications are possible, we will contact our regular daytime veterinarian or our 24 hour emergency veterinarian who we are both affiliated with. Naturally we would notify you and your veterinarian of your pet’s situation at the earliest opportunity.
